Making Time

Making Time at the Speed sought to shine the spotlight on grandfather clocks, not something usually celebrated in museums.

The concept for the Making Time exhibition graphics themselves focused on the technology and science behind grandfather clocks, using gears and decorative motifs from the clocks in a pattern.

Also in the space, there were three large semi-transparent fabric panels showing details of the clocks themselves. This served as a divider in the space, which helped create interest.

There were two title walls for the exhibition that were each slightly different to allow for the placement of a clock in front of each one.

The merchandise for the exhibition includes a similar line pattern as the title wall.
